Proper aftercare is vital for the health of your natural lashes, eyes, and the longevity of your lash extensions. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who consistently shows signs of improper aftercare or poor hygiene.  The following are lash extensions aftercare tips: 

• Don’t wash or get your lash extensions wet within the first 24 hours after the treatment. 
• Avoid long showers and steam for 24 hours after the treatment. Be careful when you wash your face after the lash extensions treatment.  
• Don’t use oil-based products, they will break down the adhesive. 
• Don’t use the lash curler.  Lash curlers can damage your natural lashes and extensions and pull them out. 
• Don’t touch your lashes. The oils from your finger get on them and there is more strain on your lashes. 
• No rubbing or pulling the extensions. 
• Sleep on your back. 
• Don’t use mascara. 
• Do not get a lash tint or lift. 
• Make sure to wash your lashes regularly with an approved oil-free cleanser. 
• Dry them with a lint free tissue or towel. You can also use a blow dryer on cool/cold setting. Do NOT use warm/hot setting as heat can damage the extensions. 
• Brush your lashes regularly when they are dry with a clean spoolie. 
• Fills must be scheduled every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness. 
• If you require a removal for any reason other than an allergic reaction, you will need to schedule a removal service appointment.  If you believe you are experiencing an allergic reaction, contact me and consult a doctor immediately. 
• Lash extension removal must be done professionally.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who consistently shows signs of improper aftercare or poor hygiene.  The following are lash lift/brown lamination aftercare tips: 

• Don’t wash or get your lash extensions wet within the first 24 hours after the treatment. 
• Avoid long showers and steam for 24 hours after the treatment. Be careful when you wash your face after the lash lift/brow laminationtreatment.  
• Don’t use oil-based products for the first 24 hours. 
• Don’t use the lash curler for the first 24 hours.
• Don’t touch your lashes for the first 24 hours.
• No rubbing or pulling the lashes.
• Sleep on your back for the first 24 hours.
• Don’t use mascara fr the first 24 hours.
• Do not get a lash tint or lift until after a minimum of 6 weeks.
• Basically  leave your lashes and brow alone for the first 24 hours.
• If you have an allergic reaction, contact me and immediately consult your physician.

•  Please arrive on time with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes.  Your lash extensions will fall off faster if you do not arrive with clean makeup-free eyes and lashes because the lash extension will stick to the eye makeup and not your natural lashes.  If you arrive to your appointment with eye makeup, the time spent removing your makeup will eat into your lashing time. 
• If you wear contact lens, please remove them before your lash appointment.
• New clients are required to make a deposit of $30.  This $30 deposit is nonrefundable for last minute cancellations/reschedules and no shows.  If service is rendered, this $30 is refundable minus any processing fees however it can be a credit that is fully applied to your service.  
• If you arrive late for your appointment, your appointment time will not be extended, your lashes may not be full, and you will still be charged for the full amount of the service. 
• Guests are not permitted for any reason.  If you arrive with guest(s) (including children) you will be asked to reschedule and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. 
• You are welcome to reschedule/cancel your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.  Cancelations/reschedules after 48 hrs will be considered as last minute cancellations.
• If you don’t show up to your appointment without letting us know ahead of time, you will be required to prepay for all future appointments and you will lose any deposits you have made. (Each year, clients who have received 20 consecutive services from us will get 3 freebie last-minute cancellations in the event of an emergency/act of God/life-just-happened moment as a courtesy to our loyal clients). 
• No guarantees are made on services and all treatments are assumed at your own risk.  No refunds will be given for any reason as you are paying for the artist’s time and the cost of products used.  If you have any concerns, you are welcome to discuss that with me. 
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
